My Path
Where My Fascination Comes From
I've carried this fascination and humility toward the breath since I first started working closely with tracheostomy tube management in my clinical work. Breathing is a gift — and at the latest once you're on a ventilator, that becomes clear to clients.
Since I was 24, I've been engaged with personal development as well as spiritual and ritual practices, like meditation and Reiki.

"We have everything within us to heal what we need to heal."
It was a profound realization — and that the breath, at least for me, would become a great teacher.
My Mission
What Drives Me
Three things I want to achieve through my work.
01
Empower
I want to empower people to live their full potential — and give them a powerful tool that helps them move through life independently and with trust in themselves.
02
Create Balance
I want to help people find balance between doing and being — so that space opens up within each person for something new to grow.
03
Hold Space
I want to create safe spaces where participants can go deep and feel held.
Because I truly believe: when you work on inner peace, you create outer peace.
"If breath is life, then optimal breathing is optimal living."
— Intesoma®
Method
The Intesoma® method
At Intesoma®, we combine daily breathing practice with Transformative Breathwork and nervous-system work to enable lasting, deep change in mind and body.
Every person has an individual, unique story that's reflected in their breathing pattern. That's why we don't work with a one-size-fits-all model, but shape Breath Training around your personal needs and goals.
The breath connects body and mind. It's the key that gives us access to our autonomic nervous system and lets us influence how we move through life and perceive it.
Self-perception plays a major role in initiating change — which is why part of the concept is based on somatic work to improve interoception.
Breathwork is not a cure-all. It doesn't replace psychotherapeutic intervention where that's needed. The Intesoma® concept offers a trauma-informed strategy for restoring a sense of safety in the body, reducing stress, and creating lasting improvement in breathing patterns.

Conflict Culture Facilitation
Conflict as a Treasure Chest
The approach is built on the idea that it's okay to have conflict — and to see it as a treasure chest for personal, professional, and community growth.
We all carry conditioning within us that shapes how we handle conflict. Conflict work creates clarity for everyone involved.
Workshops, regular breath sessions, and breath journeys take place at the Yoga Atelier in Winnenden.
